Q - No Filter - Short Chop - 8.6 Blackout

After years of development, Q proudly introduces the new Short Chop to their line of suppressors! It is Q's first-ever premium steel silencer developed in conjunction with 8.6 BLK. The deep draw process makes Q's steel cans more affordable, wildly durable, and lighter than other steel silencers on the market!

Not every 8.6 BLK setup needs a giant can.

The Short Chop keeps things compact and lightweight, but still manages to be ridiculously quiet when you’re running subs. It trims things down without giving up the kind of suppression that makes the cartridge so much fun in the first place.

It also weighs about the same as an adult hamster, which means you’ll notice the quiet long before you notice the weight.

Built from stainless steel, it keeps flash to a minimum and avoids the sparking you sometimes see from other materials. It’s a great fit for hunting setups where you want the benefits of suppression without adding a bunch of length to the rifle.

What it’s good at:

• Delivering excellent suppression with subsonic 8.6 BLK

• Staying compact and lightweight

• Being a great hunting suppressor that won’t get in the way

• Keeping flash extremely minimal thanks to stainless construction

• Running on Cherry Bomb XL mounts (not included), even with smaller calibers

Small can.
Serious performance.

The Short Chop uses an XL Rearend or Plan B muzzle device (Not Included on No Filter Version). Q is bringing their steel line of silencers into the modern age, using laser welds for greater consistency, enhanced durability, and a quality aesthetic. Designed for hunting and precision applications, these steel cans do not spark like titanium. Q even put a nitride finish on the can that won't scratch or burn off.
