PRO2A 8" 9mm 1/10 Pistol Caliber NR Side Charging Melonite M-LOK Upper with Flash Can

Product Overview

The PRO2A 8" 9mm 1/10 Pistol Caliber NR Side Charging Melonite M-LOK Upper with Flash Can brings premium manipulation mechanics to a highly optimized PCC platform. Engineered explicitly as a **standalone barreled upper receiver assembly only**, this system is built around an advanced **Non-Reciprocating (NR) side-charging handle** that isolates the charging system from internal cycling movement. Paired with a recessed linear blast-forwarding flash can, this premium upper layout delivers elite ergonomics and the perfect ballistic barrel length for custom AR-9 platforms. This standalone receiver format allows you to supply your own preferred (or choose ours) 9mm bolt carrier group and lower furniture.

Key Features

Non-Reciprocating Side Manipulation: The left-side charging handle stays completely stationary when firing, preserving your optic sight lines, protecting fingers, and accelerating failure clearing mechanics.
Standalone Receiver Focus: Purified component configuration isolates the barreled upper system so you can utilize your preferred (or ours) components and lower receiver builds without purchasing redundant parts.
Optimized Ballistic Velocity: The 8-inch barrel profile extracts peak velocity and efficient powder burn performance out of standard and defensive 9mm cartridges.
Concussive Muzzle Redirection: Pre-installed slimline flash can drives expanding gas pressures and heavy sound concussion directly downrange, keeping the operator comfortable during closed-structure training.
Precision 1:10 Twist Stability: Explicitly bored to ensure flawless rotational stabilization for traditional 115gr training options up to heavy 147gr subsonic defense hollow points.
Liquid QPQ Melonite Preservation: Full-immersion liquid nitriding creates an incredibly slick, hard-wearing surface inside the 4150 CMV steel barrel core to handle sustained friction and humidity.
Extended Modular Free-Float Rail: A rigid profile M-LOK handguard encapsulates the barrel system, providing a clean top-rail alignment and recessed muzzle shield integration.

Why Choose This Product

Transitioning weapon manipulation to a fixed left-side lever completely eliminates the awkward clearance issues of standard rear-charging latches underneath large optics footprints. This layout isolates gas paths away from the operator's face while keeping manual cycling right in the workspace. By pairing this custom control deck with an integrated blast forwarding device and an optimized 8-inch velocity barrel, you resolve uncomfortable lateral concussions while ensuring flat downrange projectile flight. 100% proudly manufactured in the USA from heavy-duty raw metals, this configuration provides a premium foundation for hard-use custom builds.
