PRO2A 8.5" 40 S&W 1/16 Pistol Caliber Melonite M-LOK Upper with Flash Can Kit

Description

The Pro2A Tactical 8.5-inch .40 S&W Pistol Caliber Complete Upper Kit with Flash Can packs incredible muzzle control and hard-hitting energy into a highly integrated conversion layout. Hand-assembled and quality verified in Georgia, this system pairs an optimized 8.5-inch ballistic profile with a dedicated linear muzzle device engineered to direct concussive forces forward. The complete conversion kit provides full hardware integration out of the box, arriving with a matched blowback bolt carrier group, full lower parts kit, and optimized heavy buffer stock assembly to eliminate component matching guesswork entirely.

Key Features

All-In-One Transformation Package: Simplifies your build process by bundling a fully populated upper group, matching nitride blowback BCG, standard charging handle, complete lower parts kit (LPK), and a full blade assembly.
Forward Blast Redirection: Outfitted with a slimline aluminum linear Flash Can muzzle device that forces blast, noise, and severe concussive pressure away from the operator.
Optimized 8.5" Velocity Run: Maximizes powder burn efficiency of .40 S&W cartridges to yield higher velocity thresholds while retaining compact weapon control.
Aggressive Tucked Aesthetic: The linear flash can sits partially shrouded beneath the free-floating 9-inch M-LOK handguard, maximizing rail accessory space while establishing a sleek, continuous silhouette.

Why Choose This Product?

Harnessing the raw kinetic power of the .40 S&W cartridge in a compact platform typically results in intense side-blast and component matching headaches. The Pro2A 8.5" .40 S&W Upper Kit with Flash Can solves these integration limitations completely by matching factory-headspaced components with a dedicated, forward-directing linear muzzle layout. The premium billet receiver features an enhanced feed cone that reliably handles flat-nose training ammunition and defensive hollow points alike. Paired with a heavy-weight PCC buffer system to control straight blowback bolt velocity, it is the ultimate turnkey conversion package for serious portability and duty-grade tactical reliability.
