PRO2A 22" 6.5 Grendel 1/8 Rifle Length NR Side Charging Melonite M-LOK AR-15 Upper

Product Overview

The PRO2A 22" 6.5 Grendel 1/8 Rifle Length NR Side Charging Melonite M-LOK AR-15 Upper is a precision long-range top-end assembly engineered to extract maximum ballistic velocity and flat trajectories from the 6.5 Grendel cartridge. Built as a **standalone barreled upper receiver assembly only**, this system features a premium **Non-Reciprocating (NR) left-side charging handle** that allows the shooter to remain focused downrange without the physical interference of a traditional charging handle cycling backward. Coupled with a smooth rifle-length gas loop and a premium 22-inch target barrel, this assembly serves as the ultimate foundation for precision target shooting, hunting, or long-range tactical builds.

Key Features

Non-Reciprocating Side Manipulation: The forward left-side charging handle remains completely static when firing, preventing optic mount clearance issues and letting you track long-range impacts seamlessly.
Peak 22-Inch Velocity Barrel: Full 22-inch length burns slower powder profiles efficiently, squeezing out peak velocity, minimized wind drift, and supreme accuracy at extended distance brackets.
Smooth Rifle gas Subsystem: Delivers a dramatically softened recoil signature and minimized internal pressure spikes, optimizing target re-acquisition speed for precise follow-up shots.
Versatile 1:8 Twist Profile: Standard twist orientation flawlessly stabilizes an abundant range of factory grain options, tracking seamlessly from light target loads up to heavy hunting bullets.
Liquid QPQ Melonite Preservation: Full-immersion liquid nitriding creates an incredibly slick, hard-wearing surface inside the 4150 CMV steel barrel core to handle sustained friction, gas wear, and humidity.
Free-Floating M-LOK Handguard: Features a rigid-profile modular rail system aligned flat with the upper receiver top rail, optimizing bipod and accessory placement without shifting your barrel's point of impact.

Why Choose This Product

Transitioning weapon manipulation to a fixed left-side lever completely eliminates the awkward clearance issues of standard rear-charging latches underneath large long-range rifle optics footprints. This layout isolates gas paths away from the operator's face while keeping manual cycling right in the workspace. By focusing purely on a premium billet receiver, an ultra-smooth rifle gas loop, and a precision-rifled 22-inch barrel layout, it allows you to utilize your preferred gear and lower furniture seamlessly. Made in the USA to unrelenting tactical tolerances, it delivers reliable, heavy-hitting field accuracy right out of the box.
