MUZZLE DEVICE: Standard A2 Flash Hider or Competition Muzzle Brake. Muzzle Brakes are for recoil reduction. The baffles and ports are milled larger to drive pressure up and to keep the muzzle down more effectively.
TRIGGER: Standard Milspec, Rise Armament RAVE 140 or Timney Impact or 2 Stage or Flat Milspec. Milspec is a 5-6lb pound trigger. Rise/Timney has a single stage, crisp clean break, 3-3.5lb trigger pull. 2 Stage has an initial 2lb pull where it comes to a "wall" then another 2.5lb pull for a clean break. Flat is milspec pull but with a flat trigger.
Introducing our "Ultralight" series of uppers. Our Ultralight series is defined by our desire to constantly improve the performance of our uppers. The weight reduction does NOT equal a reduction in quality and strength. Upper is paired with an ultra light pencil profile milspec steel barrel and Bowden Tactical's Air Rail Series handguard which is one of the lightest mlok handguards in the market but still amazingly rigid and tough. This will be one of the lightest 16 inch uppers in the market. The weight on this upper is only 2 lb 9 ozs (without BCG/CH) !! Upper kit comes with a standard LPK, buffer tube kit and an ultralight MFT Minimalist Stock to create an ultralight weight build.
