Bolt Carrier Group: BCG/CH is Optional. Select Nitride or Nickel Boron if you need a BCG to complete Upper . All our BCGs are M16 Profile, Properly Staked Gas Key, MP Tested, 8620 Carrier, 9310 Bolt. Nitride is a surface hardening process that creates a tough and slick surface. Nickel Boron provides the slickest surface which reduces friction and where dirt does not easily adhere to. Standard Charging Handle Included if BCG Option is selected.
Introducing our "Ultralight" series of uppers. Our Ultralight series is defined by our desire to constantly improve the performance of our uppers. The weight reduction does NOT equal a reduction in quality. Upper is paired with an ultra light pencil profile milspec steel barrel and a Bowden Tactical's Air Rail Series handguard which is one of the lightest mlok handguards in the market but still amazingly rigid and tough. This will be one of the lightest 14.5 inch uppers in the market. The weight on this upper is only 3 lb 8 ozs (without BCG/CH) !!
