Why Choose the Pro2A Tactical 12.5" 5.56 NATO Upper?

The Sweet Spot: 12.5-Inch Barrel Performance

The 12.5-inch barrel length is widely regarded by tactical experts as the ultimate sweet spot for short-barreled setups. It provides significantly better terminal ballistics and higher velocity than a standard 10.5-inch barrel while remaining vastly more maneuverable around tight corners and vehicles than a traditional 16-inch rifle.

Melonite Advanced Bore Protection

Built to handle high volumes of fire, our Melonite-finished barrel utilizes an advanced liquid nitriding process. This creates an ultra-hard surface treatment inside the bore, chamber, and exterior. The result is maximum wear resistance, unmatched protection against moisture, and consistently tight shot groups over thousands of rounds.

Ergonomic Free-Float M-LOK Handguard

Keep your build light, rigid, and highly customizable. The free-floating M-LOK handguard isolates the barrel to eliminate point-of-impact shifts from shooting pressure. It features a full-length top Picatinny rail alongside multiple M-LOK slots, making it effortless to mount tactical accessories exactly where you need them.

Tame the Blast with the Flash Can

Short-barreled 5.56 setups are notoriously loud with aggressive side-concussion. This upper solves that issue with 1/2-28 slimline Flash Can blast forwarding device. By catching high-pressure gas and pushing the concussion directly downrange, it protects the shooter and neighboring line shooters from punishing sound waves.
