Product Description

The P2A PATRIOT 20" 6.8 SPC II AR-15 Rifle - FDE is the definitive long-range choice within the caliber lineup, custom-engineered to extract the absolute maximum ballistic performance, flat trajectory, and muzzle velocity from the hard-hitting 6.8mm Remington Special Purpose Cartridge II. This full-length precision tactical rifle utilizes an extended 20-inch premium barrel structure to achieve complete powder burn efficiency and optimal velocity yield over shorter configurations. Coated in a highly resilient Cerakote Magpul Flat Dark Earth (FDE) protective finish, this rifle implements a true rifle-length direct-impingement gas setup that smooths out cyclic pressures, controls recoil signature, and heavily reduces moving part wear for unmatched downstream consistency.

Every Patriot rifle configuration is machined to strict technical tolerances and factory headspaced to handle the unique mechanical profiles and pressure arcs of the high-performance 6.8 SPC II caliber. Partnering with some of the best manufacturers in the industry, every firearm is carefully built and assembled by an experienced team of armorers who understand the absolute importance of reliability and repeatability. Out of the box, it combines milspec-or-better reliability with structural longevity because every patriot deserves it.

Key Features

• Full-Length 20" Rifle Profile: Maximizes muzzle velocity, minimizes projectile drop, and optimizes downrange kinetic energy delivery over shorter profiles—making it the ultimate choice for long-range target tracking and precision hunting disciplines.
• Resilient Cerakote Magpul FDE Coating: Upper receiver, lower receiver, and modular handguard feature a matching Flat Dark Earth Cerakote application for elite environmental sealing and abrasion resistance.
• 20" Premium Melonite Barrel: Precision-crafted from elite 4150 CMV steel and finished with a QPQ Melonite treatment for robust bore protection, uniform surface hardness, and an extensive precision service lifespan.
• Optimized 1:11 Twist Rate: The 1/11 twist profile is engineered specifically to reduce pressure thresholds while providing tight ballistic stabilization across standard-to-heavy grain projectiles, maximizing long-range tracking accuracy.
• True Rifle-Length Gas System: Tuned meticulously with a premium low-profile gas block to establish exceptionally smooth recoil cycling, proper dwell times, and minimized bolt carrier velocity for precision target engagement.
• Modular Free-Float M-LOK Handguard: Features a 15-inch free-float slim profile M-LOK handguard rail system with a continuous Picatinny top rail, providing highly customizable space for tactical precision optics, target designators, and bipod placement.

Why Choose This Product?

The P2A PATRIOT 20" 6.8 SPC II Rifle - FDE entirely eliminates the performance boundaries and timing challenges of standard shorter configurations. While standard short-barrel builds can introduce volatile gas velocities and restricted pressure thresholds, a full 20-inch barrel lets the hard-hitting 6.8 SPC II cartridge achieve its true designed muzzle velocity, converting standard precision loads into exceptionally flat-shooting, long-range choices that excel out to maximum distances. The addition of the true rifle-length gas block avoids over-gassing variables completely, dramatically smoothing out the cyclic operation while reducing parts stress and shooter fatigue during intensive strings.

By relying on a direct-to-consumer manufacturer layout built by armorers who understand the absolute importance of reliability and repeatability, you avoid common component timing variables. Paired with a precision-fit 15-inch free-float M-LOK rail, an integrated Magpul FDE Cerakote finish that shields against severe environmental elements, and a 1:11 twist melonite steel barrel, this carbine represents an affordable, non-stop operational field asset built for a lifetime of hard use.
