A Washington County judge is reportedly expanding his injunction against Virginia’s new “assault weapon” ban and carry restrictions statewide.
That means the order would cover all law enforcement agencies in Virginia, not just certain areas.
The judge reportedly set the start date for July 21 so every Virginia law enforcement agency has time to be notified.
Bottom line: Virginia’s gun ban fight is not over, but this could be a major 2A win for gun owners across the entire state.
