SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping is FREE for orders over $250. Otherwise, shipping for each order is a flat rate of $14.99 to the lower 48 states (contiguous US or CONUS). All other locations cost extra.
Here at Pro2A Tactical, we believe in getting the product in our customer's hands as fast as possible once payment has been made/cleared. We do not sell products or parts that we do not have in hand physically. Tracking information will always be provided by email for every shipment we send out. Check your order status by login into your account or by order number.
LOCAL PICKUP IN ATLANTA, GEORGIA
If you would like to pick up your order in Atlanta metropolitan area, please contact us and let us know which item(s) you would like to purchase. We can let you know the total and when the item(s) will be available for pickup.
RETURN / REPLACEMENT POLICY
ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL including our rifles, pistols, lower receivers. If you have a problem with one of our firearms, please contact our warranty dept.
PARTS/ACCESSORIES - We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. Returns are only accepted if product is unused and in the same condition as when shipped. Warranty on parts/accessories manufactured by others are handled by the original manufacturer. Example: If you bought a Magpul magazine from us, warranty is handled through Magpul.
If you would like to make a return, please contact us for an RMA# prior to shipment. After you receive your RMA#, please ship back the unused products with your receipt within 15 days from the date of purchase to:

All returned items must be in new, unused or in the same condition as it was initially shipped including all packaging contents. A 15% restocking fee applies to orders being returned to the original payment method. Refunds for orders not shipped yet are also subject to a restocking fee of 10%. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and returnee is responsible for return shipping. We DO NOT accept returns on used, blemished (purchased as blem) or other custom made products. Attempted returns on non refundable items will be sent back at returnee's expense.
If firearm or FFL item is returned to us by your FFL because item is not legal in your area or you are not eligible to purchase or for whatever reason, a 15% restocking fee will also be imposed.
