All parts are MADE IN THE USA.

BCA makes very high quality barrels. Made out of milspec 4150 CMV and melonited for enchanced corrosion protection and accuracy. This premium barrel is straight fluted for better heat dissipation.

The Guntec rail is very high quality and comparable to many other higher end rails that cost 2x or 3x as much. Barrel nut and screws are hardened steel and the mounting system is rock solid.

Gas Block diameter is 0.750 and is made out of steel (not aluminum).

Comes with a Texas AR Full Auto Nitride BCG and CH. Carriers are assembled per MIL-SPEC using permatex NO.3D aviation and Grade 8 screws to attach the gas key, followed by proper staking. Crane O-ring installed on extractor spring to ensure proper ejection. Bolt is heat treated 9310 tool steel, shot peened and ground to meet military required tolerances. This is a very high quality BCG.

*Optional* - Upgrade to an Adjustable Gas Block. Gas Block is melonited and made of solid steel. As always with our parts, it is USA made.

*Optional* - Upgrade to a USA made Black or Stainless Competition Muzzle Brake. This is an enhanced version of the popular style muzzle brakes. The first baffle is milled higher off center to drive pressure up and keeps the muzzle down more effectively.
